Welcome to the Survivor's Resource Guide!
This is a project dear to my heart. It will be constantly growing, so we hope you'll check back often for any resources you may need or want to refer to friends.
After I returned to health after many surgeries and physical trauma, I found a distinct lack of resources for after-care. This is my effort to improve that situation. In that spirit, we are happy to receive recommendations of links, books, etc. that you'd like to share.
